Shipping & Returns

Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible.  My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! Please read below to see how I can help you.

Shipping

I ship all of your artwork directly out of my Houston studio. You can expect your art to ship within 5-10 business days. The posting will specify if you should expect a sturdy flat mailer or a tube.

International shipping will be charged an initial flat rate and any additional shipping costs or credits will be calculated based on distance and package dimensions and will be invoiced or refunded after sale.

Returns

All sales of original artwork are final. I do my best to represent my artwork carefully and edit my images so that the colors are true to the original pieces. If you would like additional images of the art or if you would like to see the art in person (which I always encourage) please email me to make arrangements.

If you artwork arrived damaged or was lost/stolen during transit, I’m so sorry. I am not liable for mishandling by the shipping service (USPS or UPS). I work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. However, if you find that your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please email me and I will see what I can do to fix the artwork. I am usually able to fix or replace the artwork, I made it the first time after all.
